He is survived by: his girlfriend Amber Smith; his daughter Brandi Albin; his mother Barbara Cotton; his siblings, Melissa Green, Christy Major, Thomas and Michael Major; his siblings' children, Jake, Megan, Issac, Betty, Michael, Lizzy, Chris, Chandler, Rosalee, Zendaya, Armonie, Zach, Abel, Audrey, Malachi, Kaydence, Kenzie and Zakkai; his sister-in-law Katie Lockwood; his mother-in-law Cindy Mattingly; and his brothers-in-law, Stephen Green and Ronald Smith.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Ratterman Southwest Funeral Home (4832 Cane Run Rd, Louisville, KY 40216). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
