He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Simon, Sr. and Martha Armstrong (Reinhart). He is survived by: his siblings, Raymond Simon, Jr., Wayne Simon (Kara), Paula Floyd (Wayne), Allen Simon (Renea), Russell Simon (Karen), Maria Eaton (John), Angela Beard (Charles), Kevin Armstrong (Michelle), Kim Gordon, Kara Simon (Wayne) and Kay Waller. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville, KY 40165). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Rita Catholic Church (8709 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40219).
