He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald M. Clark, Sr. and Betty Jo Fields Clark; and his brothers, Donald Milton Clark, Jr. and Gary Lee Clark. He is survived by: his sister Pamela Jo Clark of Ashland; his nephews, Anthony Neal Clark (Andrea) of Florence and John Tyler Pennington (Easter) of Greenville, SC; his great-nephews, Cameron Clark, Carson Clark, Colton Clark and Corbin Clark; and his friend Lee Ann Donta.
A graveside service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the East Ashland Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens (422 55th St, Ashland, KY 41101).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice Care Center, 2330 Pollard Road, Ashland, KY 41101.
