He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Paris and Alta Mae Williams Wheeler; and his sister Juanita Lee Wheeler. He is survived by: his son Adrian Wheeler (Stacy) of Louisville; his grandchildren, Hannah Canning of Louisville, Christian Wheeler of Las Vegas, NV and Hope Wheeler of Louisville; his sibling's children, Beverly Fruth (Brian) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Greg Wheeler (Angie) of Ashland; and his brother-in-law Roger Wheeler of Ashland.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Steen Funeral Home-13th Street Chapel (3409 13th St, Ashland, KY 41102). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
