He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Cooke and Thelma Cooke. He is survived by: his wife Diane Cooke; his daughter Carrie Cooke Ketterman (Jeff Ketterman); his stepson Josh Bridgwater; and his siblings, Jackie Cooke and Jeff Cooke (Kerry Demuth). He is also survived by extended family and lifelong friends.
