She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ragland and Hazel Ragland; her husband LeRoy Mann; her grandson Andrew Cox; her siblings, Hershel Ragland, Belva Priddy, Jean Reynolds, Nadine Gibbs and Mary Carroll; and her siblings-in-law, Jerry Dixon and Eva Dixon.
She is survived by: her children, Belinda Cunningham, Cheryl Milburn, Bonnie Frost (Larry), Theresa Brown (Ritchie), Lori Cox (Danny) and Jamie Mann (Angie); and her siblings, Glen Ragland, Debbie Devore, Patsy Burba and Lillian Ragland. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild, many nieces/nephews; and a host of extended family and close friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Louisville Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home West (4400 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Louisville Memorial Gardens West Funeral Home (4400 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A burial was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Louisville Memorial Gardens West (4400 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216).
