He is survived by: his daughter Janet Harris of Louisville, KY; his brother Charles Ring (Teresa) of Union City, TN; his stepdaughters, Sarah Smith (Ronnie) of Fancy Farm, KY, Brenda Booth of Wingo, KY, Cheryl Akers of Mayfield, KY and Beverly McMillian of Union City, TN; and his sister Margaret Mattox of Lebanon, TN.. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great - great grandchildren.
