It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kailey James Wade of Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on April 5, 2023, at the age of 4, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Robert "Bobby" Wade III and Chelsey Wade (King); her sister Dani Wade; her grandparents, Doug, Dena King, Robert and Sandra Wade Jr.; her aunts and uncles, Jessica, Brian, Rae Rae, Jared, JiJi and Bekah; and her cousins, Maddie and JT.
