She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Combs; and her daughter Angela Grimes. She is survived by: her son Brian Combs (Carol Goodman); her grandsons, Aiden Grimes, Jackson Grimes and Brent Durham; her great grandchildren, Shaw and Sloan; and her brothers, James Leffler Jr. and Lonnie Leffler.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bosse Funeral Home (1355 Ellison Ave, Louisville, KY 40204). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
