He is survived by: his wife Vickie Talley; his children, Keith Talley, Jr. and Kara Talley; and his stepsisters, Judith Lalude (Otayo) and Janice Perkins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the A. D. Porter and Sons Funeral Home - Downtown (1300 W Chestnut St, Louisville, KY 40203). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Baptized Pentecostal Church of Holiness (1606 W Chestnut St, Louisville, KY 40203).
