He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Penny Harbin, Jeff Worthington, and Phyllis Farley; sister: Krystal Worthington (Brad); nephew: Chase Worthington; stepbrother: Edward Harbin; preceded in death by: Gary Harbin, William Harbin, and maternal and paternal grandparents; and many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Homes - Dixie Highway (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
