He is survived by: his son Michael Stevens (Heidi) of Louisville; his grandson Michael Stevens (Samantha) of New Albany, IN; his great grandchild Atlas Stevens of New Albany, IN.; and his siblings, Gerald Stevens (Shannon) of Charlestown, IN, Alma Pasek (Tony) of Florida and Evelyn Haskins (Ron) of Tennessee.
