With sadness, we share the passing of Lena Helen Bradshaw in Louisville, Kentucky. Lena, born on August 13, 1935, passed away on October 11, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Starling G. Lee and Olen Slinker Lee; her husband Avon Bradshaw, Jr.; her brother Harry G. Lee; her sister-in-law Barbara Cox Lee; and her son-in-law Ken Cundiff.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tishana Cundiff (Glenn Wilham) and Alonna Bailey; her grandchildren, Kenneth "Trey", Heather (Christopher Sale), BenJamin "Jamin" Cundiff (Michelle), Chris Bailey (Kelly) and Sarah Duckworth (Josh); her great grandchildren, Eilee, River, Darby, Astrid, Lettie Duckworth, Preston and Hannah Bailey; her nephews, Robin Lee of Elizabethtown, Garry Lee (Lisa) of Nashville and Steve Hodges (Kathy) of Elizabethtown; and her sister-in-law Carlene Hodges (Pat).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Hager and Cundiff Funeral Home (207 W Oak St, Nicholasville, KY 40356). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
This position started her commitment to a life of donating blood; she received Lifelong Donor Blood Assurance Cards for herself and her daughters.
