He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Adams Sr. and Frances Adams (Smith); and his siblings, James, Arthur, Leonard Jr. Adams, Louise Mayer, Mary Morton and Rosella Landon.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Adams (Roberts); his grandchildren, Mary Kathryn and Ben Garvey; and his siblings, Eddie Adams and Martha Adams.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lakewood Baptist Church (13803 Shelbyville Rd, Louisville, KY 40245). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Resthaven Memorial Park (4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218).
