He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sr. Smith and Ada Smith; and his brothers, George "Bishop" Smith, Jr. and Daniel Smith. He is survived by: his children, Stacy Smith, Angelique Smith and Tileal Smith; and his siblings, Stella Lewis, Ricky Smith and Gwen Smith. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the A. D. Porter and Sons Funeral Home - Southeast (4501 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
