She was predeceased by: her husband Merl Barr (Jim); her parents, Estill Fackler and Nina Fackler; her brothers, David, Kenny, Marvin and Aloysius Fackler; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Fackler.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Satram (Pepe), Nancy Downs (Mike) and Gary Barr (Jenny); her grandchildren, Shannon, Hollie, Eric, Chris, Christian, Kinnidi, Amber, Brooklynn, Logan, Ryan and Melanie; her great grandchildren, Deseray, Carter, Jameson, Luke, Alec, Myles, Mila, Lydia, Savannah, Samuel, Sophia, Via, Alaya and Tinley; her brother Bob; and her sisters-in-law, Ruthie and Lois.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ratterman Southwest Funeral Home (4832 Cane Run Rd, Louisville, KY 40216). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Incarnation Catholic Church (2229 Lower Hunters Trace, Louisville, KY 40216).
