She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold C. Armstrong and Martha Heath Armstrong; her husband G. Eugene Steele; and her daughter Jane Steele Tassin. She is survived by: her children, Susan Steele Lee (David Lee, Jr.) and Thomas Kidwell, Jr.; her grandchildren, David Lee, III and Baron Steele Lee; her children, Madeleine, Heath Tassin and Derek Kidwell; her great grandchild Alora Kidwell; and her cousin Glennia Kohler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Matthews United Methodist Church (319 Browns Ln, St Matthews, KY 40207). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
