She was predeceased by: her parents, Nell Payne (Smith) and Bernie Payne; her husband Charles Edward Bartlett; her son David Bartlett; and her granddaughter Candice Bartlett.

She is survived by: her son Greg Bartlett; and her siblings, Gary Payne (Nancy) and Debbie Wyatt (Joe).
