She was predeceased by: her husband John B. Blake III; and her parents, Homer Williams and Russell Williams. She is survived by: her children, Dana Moser (Ron), Lisa Ream (Randy) and John B. Blake IV (Amielle); her grandchildren, Joshua Goode, Sara Sparks, Tara Blake and Katie Blake; her great grandchildren, Marshall Sparks, Taylor Goode, Tyler Sparks and Nicholas Goode; and her siblings, Dixie Pavey (Glen), Peggy Mayfield and Terry Williams (Sally).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Dr, Louisville, KY 40243). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, at 1:00 PM and at 2:00 PM at the French-Logan Cemetery (145 Gaines Hill Cemetery Road, Burkesville, KY 42717).
