Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Resthaven (4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Resthaven Memorial Park (4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218).
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to the American Cancer Society or the American Diabetes Association.
