She was predeceased by: her son Michael Douglas Rattliff; and her parents, William Thomas and Francis Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Charles Ralph Ford; and her grandson Corey Rattliff.
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Michael Cemetery (1153 Charles St, Louisville, KY 40204).
