She was predeceased by: her mother Rose Hayes; and her siblings, Charlotte, Ivan and Joe. She is survived by: her significant other Larry Ray Hibbs; her children, Mark L. Hibbs, Mendee R. Hale (Marty) and Rebecca L. Wade (Jeremy); her grandchildren, Doug Hale, Tiffany Kitchens, Kendra Hale, Savannah Hibbs, Chance Hibbs and Hayley Phillips; her great grandchildren, Emily, Lilly, Trenton, Tristan, Leonna and Novila; and her sister Irene Parker.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family requests that contributions in Maxine's memory be made to the local humane society.
