She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Embry and Emma House Embry; and her husband Kenneth Lee Sublett. She is survived by: her children, Kenny Wayne Sublett (Karen), Gary Sublett (Mizue), Deborah Claypool (Doug) and Marsha Schott (Garnett); her grandchildren, Brooke Faulkner (John) and Michael Dahl (Suzannah); her sibling's children, Sandra English, Jerry Ray Nichols and Larry Tompkins; and her cousin Joey Dean Stinson. She is also survived by five great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Fern Creek Funeral Home (5406 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40291).
