With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Michael Wayne Brauner of Louisville, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. In the vast expanse of eternity, Michael shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Michael farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Brauner and Wanda Brauner; and his brother Jeff Brauner. He is survived by: his sisters, Tracy Ray (Neal) and Angela Moore (Chris); his siblings' children, Taylor Stevens (Blake), Destiny Powell and Chase Brauner (Aaron); his great-niece Elena Powell; and his close friend Julie Michels.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the German American Club (1840 Lincoln Ave, Louisville, KY 40213).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Michael's memory can be made to American Diabetes Association.
