With solemn reverence, we commemorate Michael James Waterman of Louisville, Kentucky, whose life came to an end on July 19, 2025 at the age of 79, leaving behind cherished memories. He was predeceased by: his father Donald Lee Waterman. He is survived by: his mother Jean Waterman (McPike); his wife Anne Waterman (Loxley); his son Douglas Michael Waterman (Kelly); his granddaughter Hannah Waterman; his siblings, Tom Waterman and Connie Maurici (Steve); his nieces, Ann Patterson (Kyle) and Mary Jones (Justen); his great-nephew Kaleb Patterson; his great-niece Taylor Patterson; and his close friends, Jose, Gloria, Joshua and Jonathan.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Simpsonville Baptist Church (7208 Shelbyville Rd, Simpsonville, KY 40067). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Alexander Memorial Park (2200 Mesker Park Dr, Evansville, IN 47720).
