Embry of Louisville, Kentucky, born in Caneyville, Kentucky, who passed away on January 9, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jackie Disney, JoAnn Wright, Hardin Embry, Marcella Dewitt and Sybill Embry.
He is survived by: his wife Carol L. Embry; his sons, Gregory R. Embry of St. Louis and Garry N. Embry of Brooklyn; his granddaughter Victoria Lea Embry of St. Louis; and his brother Charles E. Embry of Louisville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Arch L. Heady Resthaven Funeral Home (4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Arch L. Heady Resthaven (4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218).
