He was predeceased by: his parents, Mont Shaw and Mary Shaw; and his siblings, Eula Johnson, Ruby Little, Jimmie Walston, Virginia Masterson, Isabelle Garner, Fannie Shaw and Nadine Shepherd.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Shaw (Hill); his son Kevin Shaw (Dawn); his granddaughter Paige Shaw; and his sisters, Jackie Dutkowski and Mary Dutkowski. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hosparus of Louisville in memory of Mr. Shaw.
