It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pat Mattingly of Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 1, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Bernard Mattingly and Chloe Lyons Mattingly; his brothers, Joseph Martin Mattingly and William Michael Mattingly; and also Elizabeth Mattingly Thompson.
He is survived by: his wife Leta Bland Mattingly; his children, Thomas Bernard Mattingly (Lisa) and Mary Ellen Howard (Pat); his grandchildren, Annie, Hayden, Ben Mattingly, Kate and Jack Howard; and his sisters, Joyce Ann Spalding, Dorothy Mills (Tom) and Martha Johnston.
