Patricia Struck Obituary

We bid farewell to Patricia Struck (Louisville, Kentucky), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 11, 2025 at the age of 81. Patricia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Patricia may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Patricia touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hoffner and Betty Hoffner; her son Adam David Struck; and her siblings, Susan, David and Richard.

She is survived by: her daughter Amy Elisabeth (Louisville); her grandchildren, Camille and Cooper; and her sister Jill Heninger. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
