We bid farewell to Patty Green (Louisville, Kentucky), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 6, 2025 at the age of 45. Patty touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Green and Betty Thompson; her brother Paul "Jamie" Cesler; and her aunt Sue Webb. She is survived by: her children, Kelsi Mattingly, Mackenzie Mattingly, Jonathan Evinger Jr. and Landon Evinger; her grandchildren, Jackson Nolte Jr. and Sadie Nolte; and her siblings, Rebecca Goodwin (Travis), Rhonda Willock, Robert Green, Christina Thompson, Charles Thompson (Joy), Ashley Thompson and Andrew Thompson (Amber).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Evergreen Funeral Home (4623 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40213).
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations made in Patty's honor to the American Cancer Society.
