She is survived by: her husband Walter Smith, Jr.; and her children, Penny Gibbs (Donovan), Tiffany East (Sean), Theresa Wiggins (Kourtlyn) and Walter G. Smith (Shae). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren, a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the New Horizon Baptist Church (2202 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40210). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
