He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Johnny" McConathy and Mary Virginia Faulk; and his brother Walter Wayne McConathy. He is survived by: his sister Barbara Jean Howard; his niece Jeannie McQueen (John); his nephews, Nick Reiland (Teresa) and Eddie Reiland (Trish); his great-nieces, Lorie McQueen (Gary) and Olivia Reiland; his great-nephew Dalton Reiland; and his pet Brock.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services (3601 Taylor Blvd, Louisville, KY 40215). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
