She was predeceased by: her parents, Brack Allen and Laura Allen (Reid). She is survived by: her husband Frank White; and her sons, William Fox, Gary White (Jennifer) and Terry White (Annette).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at the Louisville Memorial Gardens West (4400 Dixie Hwy, Shively, KY 40216).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions in Phyllis's memory be made to the Lung Cancer Society, helping to honor her compassionate spirit.
