He was predeceased by: his sister Connie Patterson; Jennifer Smith. He is survived by: his parent Loretta Smith; his daughter Elizabeth Smith; and his grandchildren, Leo Smith Spalding, Owen Smith and Jennifer Smith.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Fern Creek Funeral Home (5406 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40291). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
