She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Cecil Sr. and Dora Cecil (Lee); her siblings, Harold L. Cecil Sr., Robert E. Cecil Jr. and Dorothy Robinson; her niece Anita Robinson; and her cousin Joseph E. "Joe" Blackburn.
She is survived by: her cousin Susan "Sue" Nichols of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by several other cousins, nieces and nephews.
