He is survived by: his sister Terri Fisher of Ironton; his children, Michael Payne (Megan) of Wheelersburg, Matthew Payne of Wilmington, NC, Charles Payne of Beaver, Bryan Payne of Fairfield and Cristina Bartelson (Carl) of Jackson; his grandchildren, Michael Payne (Melinda), Rachel Goody, Justin Bartelson (Brittney), Emerson Payne and Harrison Payne; and his great grandchildren, Hannah, Leah Payne, Kylie Haynes and Marty Jackson.
