He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Mortimer Stone, Richard and Lula Pence; and his father Robert F. Pence.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Pence; his children, Allison Thomas (Charlie), Sean Pence (Kindra), Erica Unseld (Mike) and Rachel Littrell (Corey); his grandchildren, Noah, Caleb, Eli, Isabella, Maddex, MyLee, Macen, Cayden, Reece, Kylee, Cason, Waylen and Skyler; his great grandchild Evelyn; his mother Peggy Pence; and his sisters, Julie and Joanie.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Arch L. Heady Resthaven (4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
