He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Marvalynn Powell and Marie Powell (Edison); his son Todd A. Powell; his wife Buelah Powell (Allison); his children, Rachelle Birdsell, Terri Kaufman (Dave), Susan Maignaud (Steve), Kent Powell (Carole) and Brian Powell; his grandchildren, Brent Birdsell (Diana), Marissa Janoch (Jason), Lauren Maignaud (Sam), Ryan Powell (Bree), Alison Schult (Joseph) and T. Alex Powell; his great grandchildren, Sydney, Jackson Birdsell, Wesley, Ace and Jolie Schult; and his brother Richard Powell. He was also cherished by children grandchildren and great grandchildren.
