He is survived by: his mother Paula G. Conley; his siblings, Cecil Lee "Tippy" Smith Jr. (Donna) and Sherri "Muffin" Smith (Kenny); and his nieces and nephews, Ashley Smith, Alesha Smith and Cecil L Smith III. He is also survived by cousins, his eight great nieces and nephews, his boyhood friends, the Snadon sisters.
