As Roger departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Roger. Though Roger may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cebe and Leona Kaelin Cebe; and his siblings, Marilyn Cebe, Bobby Cebe, Carol Bornschein, Mary Cushing, Joan Birk and Ronnie Cebe.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Geppert Cebe; his daughters, Jennifer Kisiah (Pat) and Stephanie Philpott (Stuart); and his siblings, Jimmy Cebe and Susie Hoffman. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Highlands Funeral Home (3331 Taylorsville Rd, Louisville, KY 40205).
