He was predeceased by: his mother Billie Pendley. He is survived by: his siblings, Deborah Embry and Barry Pendley; and his siblings' children, Courtney Embry, Whitney Genakos (Nic), Christy Wheeler (Jeff) and Jeremy Pendley.
