She was predeceased by: her parents, Elzy Cammack and Catherine Cammack. She is survived by: her husband Randall L. Fields; her daughters, Kelly Pohlmann and Renee Thurman (Jimmy); her stepson Randy Sommerville (Shannon); her grandchildren, Brandon Sommerville (Jessi), Ryan Sommerville, Izzy Thurman, Olivia Thurman and Trey Thurman; and her sisters, Kay Cammack and Vicki Bordner (Wayne). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Bernard's Catholic Church (7500 Tangelo Dr, Louisville, KY 40228).
