In the sacred silence of farewell, Sarah is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald A. Dougherty and Jessie Long Nicholson; and her husband Edward H. "Tex" Ritter. She is survived by: her son Joshua Jeanette; and her grandchildren, Isabelle, Madison Jeanette and Isabella Wentzel.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ratterman & Sons (3800 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218).
