She was predeceased by: her mother Linda Wolfe of Louisville, Kentucky.. She is survived by: her father Roy Smith (Chris Heck); her children, Abel Smith, Owen Heck and Kori Heck; her sisters, Heather Smith, Jennifer Knight and Tabitha Smith; her sisters-in-law, Trena Hutchins (Jeremiah) and Kiley Fenley (Hunter); and her mother-in-law Shannon Heck. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Homes - Dixie Highway (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Owen Funeral Home (5317 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A burial will be held on Thursday, August 28th 2025 at the Follow Bethany Memorial Cemetery (10917 Dixie Hwy, Valley Station, KY 40272).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home for Shelby's services.
