He was predeceased by: his parents, Crawford Noe and Mary Noe; his wife Edna Vincent Noe; his siblings, Vigula Washington Noe Dickey and Robert Ernest Noe; and his siblings' children, Vicki Noe Curry, Angie Noe Tarbis, Billy Nowlin and Patrick Nowlin.
He is survived by: his children, Carrol Lee Donohoo (Debbie) and Geneva Lynn Wihlon (Nick); his grandchildren, Nicholas Donohoo (Cassandra), Joseph Donohoo, Zachary Ferguson, Andy Ferguson (Angie), Sarah Hutchinson (Taylor) and Hayley Trotter (Stephen); and his sibling's children, Debbie Toole (Duane), Liz Woodcox, Curtis Dickey (Wendy) and David Nowlin.
