He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Hornbeck and Ruth Jane Hornbeck; his daughter Cindy; his former wife Polly; his wife Linda; his close friend Mary; and his sisters, Joyce Kaiser Manual, Eleanor Young and Lorraine Reid.
He is survived by: his children, Tom Hornbeck (Cindy), Michael Hornbeck (Carol), Stanley Hornbeck, Jr. (Lisa) and Ruthann Hornbeck Greenwell (Tom). He is also survived by stepchildren, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Fern Creek Funeral Home (5406 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40291). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Funeral Fern Creek Funeral Home (5406 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40291).
