He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Hicks and Ora Catherine Hicks; and his brothers, James Otis and Larry Wayne. He is survived by: his children, Nikki Fast (Tony), Tiffany Lusch (Michael) and Troy Hicks; and his siblings, Geraldine Beard (Wil) and Robert Hicks. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
