It is with sadness that the passing of Stephen Alan Smith in Louisville, Kentucky is shared. Stephen, born on December 31, 1960, passed away on August 11, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry D. Smith and Zora Gellhaus Smith; and his siblings, Richard "Rick", John "Johnny Tim", Philip, Pamela and Sherry.
He is survived by: his siblings, Terrence Douglas "Doug" Smith, Joseph T. Smith (Marla), Janet Smith Roberts, Karen "Kay" Russell (David) and Marla Weigel (Brian). He is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews and fifteen great-nieces and nephews.
