He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Middleton Vibbert and Haulie Vibbert; his son Robert Wesley Vibbert; his brother Michael Vibbert; and his son-in-law Chuck Nopper.
He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Nopper and Amber Vibbert (Jeremy); his sisters, Suzanne Brecht (Thomas), Jennifer Mundy (Ron) and Rebecca Estes (Larry); his granddaughters, Jenna, Brinley and Katie Nopper; and his pet Baby Kitty. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home (3800 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pennsylvania Run Cemetery (8405 Pennsylvania Run Rd, Louisville, KY 40228).
