He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Talley and Elnora Talley. He is survived by: his siblings, Denise Burke (Mike) and Greg Talley (Sheri); his siblings' children, Matthew Talley (Elizabeth), Corey Talley (Dylan) and Lindsay Egnew (Andy Chapman); and his cousin Linnette Hodges. He is also survived by great-nieces; great-nephews.
